Micro Repair Welding Device

The TTW-700 is capable of welding all types of metals. It provides an optimal and efficient solution for repairing wear, abrasion, and erosion damage on tools and molds.

Specifications:

• Surface Quality: The welded area can be post-processed without chipping (e.g., by milling, EDM, grinding). The welded parts bond completely with each other.
• Accuracy: The thickness of the surface layer varies between 0.03 mm and 0.22 mm. This means minimal material waste and easier surface treatment to achieve the desired shape.
• Minimal Heating: Since only a very small area is heated, the surrounding material remains thermally unaffected.
• No Metallurgical Changes: The welded area retains its original hardness. Additionally, materials with different hardness levels can be combined.
