Multifunctional Polishing and Machining System

The TTP-500 offers unique possibilities for solving a wide range of tasks in toolmaking. With its four main functions, it is an indispensable tool for precision work on molds and tools.

Main Functions:

• Ultrasonic Polishing & Grinding: High-performance polishing function. The powerful action is so effective that material removal is clearly visible when using diamond files.
• Manual Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): Enables manual material removal at exceptional speeds. Ideal for very rough surfaces or for opening gates. In the finest setting, a surface finish of Ra 0.1 is achieved.
• ETCH Function: For creating eroded surface structures. With 99 levels, damage and scratches on eroded or similarly etched surfaces can be precisely repaired.
• Reverse EDM: This function is used, among other things, for applying tungsten to surfaces. Compared to other methods, it allows for a particularly thick coating.
